FUZE F1 is a proprietary metamaterial that attaches to compatible substrates. Once applied, it is designed to remain bonded and deliver treated-article benefits: odor control on the treated article, faster moisture evaporation, UV protection for fibers, and resistance to mold, mildew, fungus, and staining.

The mechanism

A simple protection process

FUZE F1 creates a bonded protection layer through a repeatable process developed for compatible textile and hard-surface substrates.

Light mist of 0.1–0.5% FUZE solution applied via tenter frame, exhaust, padding, or spray
Adhesion
Bonds to fiber or surface using electrostatic and van der Waals forces in under 60 seconds
Activation
Minerals form a micro-structured shield across the entire surface area

Provides contact-based treated-article performance without relying on chemical release

Why bonded technology matters

Conventional migrating treatments can lose performance during repeated washing. FUZE's metamaterial stays bonded to the treated article and does not rely on migration into the surrounding environment.
